Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your NCG account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial numbers, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
